Brad R. Pelletier, Member
Mr. Pelletier is a resident of Providence, Rhode Island. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island (B.S. Business Administration, B.A. French). Mr. Pelletier earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University’s School of Law.
Mr. Pelletier represents individuals and businesses concerning residential real estate and financing transactions, business formation, condominium conversion and creation and estate planning. Mr. Pelletier is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Missouri.
In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Pelletier is active in the community as he currently proudly serves on the Board of Directors for AIDS Care Ocean State and Marriage Equality Rhode Island. He is active with the Rhode Island Association of Gay Professionals, Rhode Island Lawyers for Equality & Diversity, the Rhode Island Bar Association LGBT Committee, and the Rhode Island Title Standards Committee. He was previously a board member for the Summit Neighborhood Association.
Marlene Samra Marshall, Member
Ms. Marshall is a lifelong resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Wheaton College (B.A. Economics). Ms. Marshall earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School while simultaneously earning her Masters of Science in Finance from Suffolk University’s Frank Sawyer School of Management where she received a Graduate Fellowship.
In addition to practicing law, Ms. Marshall has been active as an educator including during her times at Wheaton College and Suffolk University and she more recently taught graduate-level economics as part of Johnson & Wales University’s MBA program for eight years.
Ms. Marshall represents individuals and businesses concerning commercial and residential real estate and financing transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, business formation, licensing and regulation, condominium conversion and creation and zoning, planning and land use. Ms. Marshall is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and the state courts of Massachusetts. She appears before administrative bodies, including state departments and commissions, local municipal boards and arbitration panels. She proudly serves on the Title Standards Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
Carol L. Ricker, Of Counsel
Attorney Ricker was born and raised in Virginia and received her bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Radford University, where she was a member of the division I field hockey team. Attorney Ricker earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, graduating with honors.
Attorney Ricker represents clients in state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Her practices areas involve complex litigation in the areas of real estate and property law, commercial and business disputes, commercial eviction actions, personal injury defense and prosecution, and all manner of family law matters including high-net worth divorce with particular focus on representing closely-held business owners in the divorce process.
In addition to practicing law, Attorney Ricker tutors at Roger Williams University School of Continuing Studies, enjoys all manner of outdoor activities, and enjoys spending time with her family.
